I was running Google Now on ICS and it ran great with just a bit of lag when you first open it. I'm running it on CM10...and it's working perfectly.

The only caveat I have for Google Now is it replaces your BT voice dialer. It's ok, but doesnt choose from multiple numbers well. EX...I keep my wife's work and cell number in her contact. The old voice dialer would ask "Moble or Work?" when I told it to dial her number. Google Now just dials her cell by default. I'm sure there's a toggle there, but I haven't found it.
