Manu also turned the ball over at a critical juncture that led to a 4 or 5 point swing. No shot attempt for us and the Knicks score on the other end.
Can't even comprehend what just happened. What a weird ass ing game.

I really dont know who to blame pop for being so stupid and not calling time out to get ginobili out and tell parker to start making some dam plays or just parker and ginobili for chocking us this game in the 4th just a terrible chocking job on the spurs part, guess the only postive out of this is Tiago seems to be playing better now.
Manu shot 4/8 tonight and looked good driving to the basket. Offensive liability my ass. Maybe he was against the Lakers, but not tonight.
It's not his fault Tony turned into a ball-hog in the fourth quarter.
I wouldn't mind a loss, but allowing Zombie Jason Kidd to shoot so many open 3's has made any hope I had that the Spurs were playing good defense totally disappear.
Spurs in meltdown/playoff mode tonight.
straight up. that coach deserves a lot for getting them to play this well. we deserved this , they wanted it harder and Tony the playoff atmosphere brought out the playoff version of TP
I think this will be the firstmoment of the season for spurstalk lol
Unofficial Game thoughts:
Parker C-
Ginobili C-
Splitter A
Duncan B
Leonard B+
Green B-
Mills B- or C+
Jackson B+
Blair C-
like they are going anywhere in the playoffs
I just can't believe that the Spurs neutered Melo, had a double digit fourth quarter lead and it was are youngest member of the big 3 that completely let the team down. That should be a win 99% of the time - especially at home. Just beyond disappointing.
The NBA is just letting the Knicks win and go unbeaten as part of their so called "Superstorm Sandy Relief Effort."
To be fair I started the entire "offensive liability" discussion with manu being an offensive liability from 3. That holds for this game as well as overall so far.
Note: Manu is second in TO per 48m
tony and manu really shat the bed big time...so many open looks so many bricks...welp can't win them all on to the next
Thanks Tiago, they blew the lead lol
What a damn choke job
Fail #1, why in the would you keep firing three point attempts when you're not making them during the game?
Fail #2, why in the did Popovich bring the starters out when the bench produced the double digit lead?
Fail #3, why in the do you allow the opponent to continuously shoot three pointers, and allow them to make them?
I hate Kidd, that always scores on us no matter what team he is on. ing alien
All the starters should get D's or F's.
The Spurs started the season 6-4 in 2002-2003.................
off, Tony Parker. Punk-ass.
Hate that guy.
tony never passed the ball and Manu turned it over every chance he got
Also its not too bad that we lost. Moral victories suck but if we kept winning while playing poorly it would hurt us more down the stretch.
E
Except Duncan. He deserves something in the range of C+ to B for his efficient shooting night.
remind me the ages of the big 3 back then?
