imho, Kobes are the Michael Jordan of basketball shoes, while Jordans are the Kobe Bryant of basketball shoes.

Revieiwing some of Kobe's ugly ass shoes, I can't agree with that statement at all.
Every basketball player who has his own shoe will inevitably have a few ugly ass colorways to go with it. That's on Nike, not the athlete. But as far as design and performance go, i think the Zoom Kobe 4-6 trump anything Jordan has put out.
Kobe shoes always got stupid colorway but the shoes usually good quality n good on the court. I only get them if I can get laker colors or all black
