+15 at the half![]()
11 turnovers in the first half...should've been 12, pretty sure NBA.com missed one.
Only laker post in this thread??
Shame on any NBA franchise that helps the Lakers unscrew this mess they've created.
Everyone else not wanting to watch this, tbh
..Portland or Minnesota?
If I'm the Cavs I'd be excited about the future, Irving is going to be a legit superstar.
If the Waiters gamble comes good and they make a good lottery pick this year they could become a legit contender in 3-4 years.
Gotta think they have to trade Varejao though, his stock is riding high and at 30 he won't be this good if/when they become a contender
Tbh, unless someone trades for Dwight, there's not much that can be done to unscrew this mess, imho...
It's possible that some of the other Laker fans here are frontrunners, but I can't be sure.
Amen. And you know it's coming too.
I kind of feel sorry for Pau. Yes, he's a bit soft, but he's a big with some pretty good skills that would be a beast on a balanced team where his passing and hi basketball IQ would be used properly. Instead, he's stuck between Kobe-ball, Pringles "I gotta system, personnel be damned", and the inevitable push to make Howard happy so he re-signs. With all these agendas, unselfishness seems a real drawback.
No wonder he's checked out.
What a bunch of quitting gots in LA
They have to fire D'Antoni
Bickerstaff is going to be coaching this team by the end of the season
Sup B. Props for not being a frontrunnin' maggot tbh.
Jesus Christ, the Lakers suck.
They'll probably wind up winning this game, though, since I fully expect Cleveland to go full on tank mode in the second half, while the Lakers will put forth a Game 7 of the finals effort (like the New Orleans game), but the first half has definitely proven that the Lakers can't even hang with bottom feeders when they come to play.
Paying for basketball reasons
I like Kyrie Irving.
My money is on Kahn to bail the Lakers out. K-Love was never "his" guy like Rubio is and i wouldn't be that surprised if det dumbass ended up packaging statpadder Love for Gasol and some taco coupons.
This whole "Kobe is the greatest Laker" PR campaign after he hit 30,000 is a joke too. Magic and Kareem were so far ahead of him....
Why do people believe in the jinx posts? LA's probably going to keep ting the bed in Q3 and Q4, but Kobe will get his 35 to creep closer to Wilt.
You forgot Shaq, man.
Really, if they go on an extended losing streak and nobody's listening they SHOULD bring Bickerstaff back. Just demote Pringles to a "consultant", since you'll be paying him anyway.
And Shaq
the student has become the master

I agree. Shaq was the dominate player on those early 2000's teams.
