Thunder. I swear they've had a cupcake schedule for the past month or so. Other than the Grizzlies, everytime I see highlights they're playing weak ass teams...
It's all good, the remaining schedule will even out and this bull will sort itself out.

I'm gutted but my panties aren't in a twist. I'm just not a fan of people blaming this all on the role players when Timmy and Tony didn't make the big plays at the end. , the only person to hit a jumper in the last 4 minutes was Green.

Last 4 minutes we got outscored 14-3, Duncan missed a free throw, an open baseline jumper, Parker missed an open free throw line jumper, had a turnover as did Diaw and Green.

The whole team the bed in the last 4 minutes, not just Green is all I'm saying
Definitely not putting the entire loss on Green. But there were a lot of missed assignments throughout the game that freed up his man for open looks.

Timmy carried the team the whole night so I'll give him a pass on a missed free throw and jumper tbh. Same thing with Tony IMO. Didn't end well but kept us in the whole time when Spurs should have been down big going into the 4th with the way they played in the 2nd and half of the third.

While that may be true, the Spurs have been on the road for about 3/4 of the first half of the season so far. Everytime I check, the Thunder are at home. As a matter of fact, if you want stats..the Thunder have played 8 of their last 12 games at home. The Spurs have played 9 of their last 12 games on the road...

    ^ this

Don't care as much about OKC. Memphis is in our division. We need to stay ahead of them.

    Thanks, Phoenix!

How'd you guys feel about Patty's 8 points in 6 minutes on 100% shooting? Not a bad spark off the bench, was it?

That's what I'm saying. Even when Sloan was coaching, they were Jekyll and Hyde. Has anyone ever figured out why?

He was a good part of how the Spurs made the comeback. Too bad they didn't get the win. But that's what I expect out of Patty. Now he needs to score 25+ points against his old team tomorrow so we can rest the Big 3 and still get the win.

True but Spurs resiliency and focus on the road have made that stat somewhat irrelevant.

Like someone else said, it will even out eventually.

Just took a look at the Spurs schedule and they basically will be home the entire month of March. Basically they bunched up all their homestand games in a month. IMO it will end up benefiting them at the end.

Oh yeah tell me about it lol and thanks for reminding me again That was a choke, period the Spurs turned to the SPARES and blew that game. They had it. They played bad most of the night and still should have won, they blew it.

The Grizz lost to PHX and the Heat lost AT HOME to Golden State, so things aren't so bad.

I hate how Pop is managing the bench/role players this year. After 23 games played, he is still playing the mad scientist and changing his rotation each quarter.

If you want to develop a player, you had to stick with him when he is struggling and let him figure it out. It's hard for a player to grow and start being consistent if his role/playing time is always changing.

Off course, injuries haven't helped to settle a rotation, but it's more than the time for Pop to make choices. He has a make a commitment to some players. It might cost few wins now but it will pay dividends in the playoffs when it really matters.
