I didnt say I believed the stereotypes [or the source of the passed-down knowledge] just that certain stereotypes were treated as matters of fact when I was growing up.

Black men look larger when soft, but aren't really much bigger on average when hard. Probably has something to do with the genetic higher blood pressure thing.

It's probably because chicken in general has always been cheap. The black/african american/negro has always been rather poor and having to live off of food that is easily accessable.
It is only recently that they have been able to acquire more wealth through their physical abilities and musical talents. Before we (being the white man) used them as tools to cook our meals, harvest our crops, drive our cars, etc. etc. but now we have found that they have talents to entertain. So we throw some money at a portion of them in order to keep the hopes up of those that will definately not reach that status. You have to spend money to make money. We throw some at a few and all the others run out and buy their clothing lines, music, movies, etc. and the money flows right back into our pockets.
So yes, fried chicken is delicious.
