Neal's PER is 12.08 this year. That's a half point below Bonner. Why this mother er gets a license to jack up heroes constantly is beyond me.

Not really. To his credit, Neal has won us some game with his heroics. Hes won playoff games in that manner. That affords him a mulligan or two. But you're right, at some point it gets excessive.
