The early 2000 Lakers were a Dynasty. The Shaqless Lakers did good, but not a dynasty. Shaq destroyed teams. The Shaq-less Lakers were beaten by the Celtics, but they were a powerhouse in the West until Dirk took a huge on them.
Finally, a normal NBA opinion on this forum. Shaqless Lakers were NOT a dynasty, I agree with that. But you have to consider that team to be part of the Shaq-Kobe team since it was the same formula with Kobe+Fisher+Phil and a solid big man. They are the most dominant team since the Bulls, and Showtime Lakers.

I seriously wouldn't (Unless she offers of course) initiate interest tbh. I like more meat on my chicken if you know what I mean.

Hope he's OK. It would be a shame for him to out with a serious injury like Barkley did.

Career-ending or not, TD's place is cemented in the top 10 NBA players of all time.

The same can't be said for anyone else currently in the NBA.

Pretty sure everyone here knows that already, and they also know that 3 Finals MVPs went to Shaq, not Kobe, in that Dynasty period. Shaq left, Dynasty left. Tim is still around. He was around for 4 rings, and won 3 MVPs (Like Shaq). The Spurs Dynasty continues, as they have had winning seasons since their 1st championship.

So go back to LG and talk about obvious where you and your friends can talk about how Kobe is better than Jordan.

Yeah, that didn't look good at all. The good thing is he had a brace on. Maybe that minimized the potential damage? Either way, it sucks.

I talk smack about TD - only out of respect - and defense of Kobe. I never like to see anything like that tbh. Hope he is just day-to-day. You guys have a really good record so you could afford to rest him until he is healthy again.

    Kobe? Who mentioned Kobe?

You should re-read det post son.

Now that you mention it, Kobe does fall under the umbrella of "anyone else currently in the NBA," but you seem to have inserted Kobe into the conversation yourself.

When I think of "top ten players in the history of the league" only one crops up in my head as currently playing. I cannot imply that which does not come to mind.

I talk about the TOSB but i want to see his seasons ending with a monumental playoff beatdown, not an injury.
