tbf, everyone expected the Lakers to win 60 games at worst with that staaaaacked roster and they thought Bynum would play ever again.
They games they have been showing lately are just slacking . 3 out of the 4 teams they should this Thursday were under .500 lol . No Atlanta Hawks but every week the 76ers. No Houston Rockets ( Long time since they have been on national tv ..... Not sure If I am the only one who noticed this ) but the Lakers

No love for the Bucks either. They're likely to make the playoffs this year. TNT should have shown a Lakers-Kings game at Arco or Sleep Train arena or whatever the it's called now. Remember when the Kings were on TNT during the Webber seasons. Those games were exciting.
Eh, the eight East playoff teams are practically locked now.
And I'd love a LAL @ SAC game on TNT - would be worth it seeing the Lakers lose again.
Don't they choose all the games before the season?
You can replace games on the schedule though that's what ESPN does but there isn't too much games on Thursday but no excuse for no Indy vs Clippers
The Kings had a game vs the thunderefs on TNT Last season
Barkley has been extra grumpy about the quality of the games being shown this season as well lol
Doesn't the NBA make its national TV schedule before the season even starts? If that's the case, then it's a guessing game for them. They essentially bet on the teams they think will be among the best and/or the most entertaining to watch before the season begins.
That's why a sub-.500 team like the Lakers still gets plenty of national TV coverage. They bet on the Lakers being a force this season.
I want a double header starting with the Jazz and Bobcats followed by the Bucks and Kings. Can you imagine the ratings of that double header?
Better than the 2007 NBA Finals tbh
