I don't know how he did it, but he did. He must have been a post-a-holic back in the days when the forum was still in its infancy.

Although, I will admit, not everything adds up. If the forum is 10 years old, why is MB's join date 1998?

MarcusBryant, GhostWriter and timvp have been posting on Spurs message boards together since 1998. So when we started SpursTalk, we estimated MB and GWs post counts at a million each to get started.

And to answer the reasoning behind the revolution...

timvp and I both got banned from SpursReport (along with a ton of other people) around the time we got married. So, timvp said, "Hey let's start our own Spurs message board for our friends..." So we did.

LJ ended up emailing me an invite, which is how I found out about this place. This place really hit the ground running, at least from day 15 or so when I first logged in.

10-12-2004. Still read the site everyday. It is my favorite site on the web, bar none.. I tell practically every Spurs fan I meet about it and even other teams fans, too. Can't help but share the awesomeness that is SpursTalk. Thanks Mr and Mrs Ellis, I appreciate your endeavors and sacrifices making this place what it is. The epitome of Spurs family. I've had different jobs, lived different places, had different friends and am in many ways a completely different person than I was in 2003. But this place has been a constant for me over that time. I'd be lying if I said it hasn't had any effect on me as a person over that time. Thanks for starting it up and keeping it going!

Wow! Thanks LJ and Kori for keeping the forums up and maintaining it! It's been 10 years also since I became a Spurs fan. Congrats as well! I was 11 years old that time. So far this is one (or maybe the most) of my favorite forum site eventhough Facebook become popular.
