Why is it so hard in every TV show for someone to explain themselves during scenes like this? Rick not only radioed Morgan religiously every single day he also pleaded with him to come along the journey to Atlanta. Morgan's dumb ass responded with 'in about 2 weeks Duane will learn to shoot and I wont be so rusty'. Rick also advised Morgan to take the sniper rifle and kill off the few walkers including his wife before something went wrong.
Morgan is pretty guilty tbh.
The Talking Dead. The sit-down between the guv and Rick was comatose. The lame writing continues. Here's to hoping next week's show isn't another tedious talk-a-thon.
I normally don't mind setup episodes or talk-a-thons, just as long as the plot keeps moving. However, this episode was a snoozefest. it could've been compressed into a 3 part, 2 minute webisode series if they wanted to. The "peace talks" were basically them lying to each other the whole time, with only 2 minutes of real bargaining, which was the governor wanting duck face. they could've done without the stupid mini walker attack and just have them chill out around the vehicles, which was far more interesting. And then seeing the asian cuck getting it on with the governor's sex toy was just face palm inducing.
And then there's Andrea. Holy .
I do like that nerd more now.
The show has a very clumsy handle on nuanced dialogue and non-action scenes. Simply stretching things out and stuffing-in unnecessary padding does not add meaning. Apparently the writers thought that shot after shot of the guv and Rick staring at each other was going to create tension.
Yeah, that made me laugh too. She's really annoying now. I hope she dies by friendly fire. A nice hot one.

Enough with the build-up. That was a astic feeder episode that could've been fit into 30 mins. I'm not the one to complain about the Walking Dead but come on man.
