The playoff seeds look so much easier for the 2nd seed than the number one seed in the first two rounds. As such this is really a hard game to get too excited about.

Winning this game or losing it won't cause us the le, but it's a SIGN of how the team is playing. They need to show fight. I think most of us just want to see the team compete and not get steamrolled by Derek Fisher.

Well I am of the opinion that the larger the sample size, the more accurate your assessments can be. Sure, it's the regular season but this is not game 7 of an 82 game season. The Spurs are very fragile physically (TP/Manu/Kawhi/Neal/Jax), have been playing really sub par ball lately & the setup up for this game was huge. There is no denying that. Spurs fans have every right to be concerned and for a le contender it is just about panic time going into the playoffs considering all of those things.
Doesn't mean they can't turn it around - it's simply being non-biased and evaluating the current situation. Dont see any real argument outside of blatant optimism to refute this.
