This makes no ing sense. With Diaw out and Manu banged up, the last thing we needed was another wing player straight cut! I'm losing my mind here. Not that Jax was this incredible player but our depth is disgustingly thin right now. Blair/Bonner will be the first big off the bench? No Jax to play the stretch 4. The guy that best physically matches up with KD and Bron. This is blowing my mind. Call this a meltdown, but in addition to all the /injuries we've gotten late season this is just dumb on surface level.

Kawhi better be ready for 40+ minutes per game. What the happens if he gets into foul trouble.

More seriously, the players signed will ideally have size, be a good defender and be able to hit a corner 3. Defensively, you would match up against the big SFs when Kahwi is in foul trouble and offensively, you park him in a corner.

Sadly, I don't really see a player fitting that mold. Dominic McGuire has size and is a terrific defender but he can't shoot.

This would make my day if we could sign Dominic McGuire; yeah he can't shoot but he do a lot of other things. He would be one of my top picks.

Terrible logic by Dan tbh...When guys like Bonner who shot worse than that in the playoffs were starters, not to mention how bad he was on defense, actual play sometimes obviously does not dictate playing time with Pop.

This really sucks...Guys, our roster is set for the playoffs and do not expect anyone to get signed who will help in the playoffs. Not sure who is in austin who could maybe fill out the roster, but again, our roster is set minus sjax. Time to quit crying and get ready for big boy basketball.

I don't think so. Everyone on the second unit is afraid to shoot (except Neal, of course) I would love to bring in a scorer, who is not afraid of drivings, kickouts, and knocking down jumpers, especially in the mid-range. Oh, Actually, we would need some playmaking too.

I agree. huge blow. I loved how he guarded durant a couple of match ups ago. We must play D in the playoffs.. we can't outscore people.. thats for the regular season.
