That's why Spur fans should not talk about the Lakers, neither Laker fans, too bad the Lakeshow is not gonna play the Spurs in the first round.

Anyways it doesn't matter, both of our seasons are gonna end up in disasters, the Spurs might get a little further but that's it, we'll end up in the same hole.
Been saying dat for months but even some dumb ass Heat fans were saying the Spurs "could give the Heat trouble" with their ball movement. GTFO this was Lebron's season once he figured out late in that Celts series and then looked Durant in the eye and did not flinch ...

All we are doing is ing sround enjoying Kobe, Melo, Duncan Paul and Tony play well for spurts but we all know how this story is gonna end.

please. sounds like spur fans are starting to them selves slowly.Im hearing a lof of pre playoff excuses tbh.
    " ting themselves" why?

We all know, well the level headed spur fans anyways that the Spurs will only advanced to the second round, maybe and its a long maybe to the WCF.

This has been the case for a few years now. Its become preditable.

Lakers legit man. With a dominant frontline that will now be used effectively, a bunch of shooters and great defensive potential. The lakers will sweep to the finals.

seem to be Tony Parker didn't try I took that as a gift to Kobe since they respect him. No way we beat those guys in a real play-off game..not even a single game in my view...last night was pure fools gold...just another Spur tank job...Blake is NOT better than Parker...Parker did that on purpose

Wasnt a tank job, but to expect Blake to step up like that in a playoff game against a 100% Tony Parker is the only fool's gold. Besides Blake's heroics were more than off-set by Pau shrinking from the spotlight yet again, just whne I started to trust him a bit ... he pulls dat crap. This banged up Spur team aint much better than ours ...

But they get Manu back and Tony close to 100% we have no shot ...against dem Spurs ...not without Kobe.

Kool no need to knock our team or prop Spurs to build Kobe, the dude has boss status already, sitting in the club-house with a cool beverage in his right hand and a hot Becky in the other ... he is on the "leaderboard" with a -5 and he is shoulder to shoulder with Magic above Duncan and Shaq and only trailing only MJ KAreem and Russell ... on the only scoreboard that matters ...

Even if he never plays again he is good ...and we are good the Lakers will eventually be back ...book it.

there's only one person on this site that knew for an almost fact that a healthy Laker team with Kobe would have beaten the SPurs and that's midnight pulp...He has no incentive to admit it now but it's the reason he was pulling so hard for LA not to make it...While I was clamoring for the 1st round match-up he was melting down with each Laker victory....it was cool to see Kobe make him sweat like that

I agree with your assessment...Kobe only trails MJ, Kareem, and Russell all time ....but then again as the man on their teams with the ring count so does MJ tbh.... but today I rank Kobe ahead of Russell (Russell get's nostalgia points) I think Kobe is 3rd behind MJ and Kareem. all time...however I think at the end of the day he'll go down ahead of Lou Al Cindor as the 2nd greatest behind MJ....especially given the fact that people already don't respect Kareem's greatness...

    but in Laker hierarchy it's

    Kobe (1a)
    Magic (1b)
    Kareem (1c)
    Shaq
    West

    Wilt
    Elgin Baylor
    James Worthy
    Byron Scott

There's no team you could assemble in NBA history that could rival our top 5 with Wilt as 6th man just sick...

Kobe ain't no playa, despite how many pictures you post of him surrounded by white women (which look more like "Friendzone" pictures high-school girls take with their guy friends than anything else). That was down on his knees begging 'Nessa to stay, promising to build churches for her and . And with Faber, she wouldn't even let the dude nut. She left his balls hanging and took off post-haste, leaving Kobe to jack off by himself.

SEcond options and role players are quite different, sir.
Magic was the 2nd option in 1980 but his ring sure as counts.
    Wade in 2012? Yep.
    KG in 2008 ?sure thing.
    Pau in 2009-2010.
    Pippeen in for 6? Sure

Dont get your point here ... now before you argue well Kobe played the Pippen role and we dont count him I Agree Pippen is an interesting study no way MJ wins without him but look at the difference between him and MJ (your boy Amb pulled out a bunch of numbers) so though I say his 6 count we all know he did much less than Kobe or Magic as a 2nd option.

Cant penalize Wade, Kobe, Pau Magic for playing with fellow HOF'ers ...

    Role players? Nope.

Wrong again. A real playa would've gotten a pre-nup, which white-collar playas often do. I just watched that ESPN doc Broke and it's amazing how you s let women manipulate you into marrying them without a pre-nup. Then they con you into impregnating them, divorce you a year later, and then sit back and collect.

second options = equal role players part of that "new math" thinking ...

    Let it out Mid ...enjoy!

I'll just watch highlights of STEVE BLAKE, STEVE BLAKE I SAID!! taking a hot steaming pile of feces on the second best team in the west ... who played Duncan big 4th quarter minutes, who hacked Dwight but are somehow still "coasting"

Mid...If you don't think Kobe is a player would you believe Vanessa? Of course you would..let her tell it:
Cheating Kobe Bryant was caught red-handed with women all over the country after his furious wife Vanessa had him tailed by an army of private investigators, who compiled a thick dossier of his affairs so he can’t squirm loose.

And with no prenuptial agreement to protect Kobe’s $300 million fortune, sources predict that Vanessa’s divorce action against the LA Lakers superstar will be a slam-dunk. Incredly loyal Vanessa had stuck by Kobe even after he was charged with sexually assaulting a Colorado woman in 2003. But he apparently repaid her by plunging into a string of romances, reportedly having affairs with dozens of women.“Vanessa said Kobe’s cheating was out of control,” said the source. “She estimated that he was averaging at least 10 affairs a year with different women over the course of their marriage and puts his number of conquests at 105.“The lies and deceit hurt, of course, but racking up these kinds of numbers is mind-blowing and left her devastated.

“And when she discovered he was still cheating during the recent NBA lockout, that was the final straw. “Her private detectives caught him red-handed with incriminating photos…” Whenever Kobe was caught womanizing in the past, he sweet-talked Vanessa with jewelry, cars and other expensive gifts.

“Each time he promised to reform, and each time he broke his promise,” said the source.
