wtf? How do they have uniformed army/nat'l guard troops out so quickly? Must be some sort of QRF team attached to homeland security...

I really don't like seeing uniformed military guys on city streets. Whatever is going on, I highly doubt the military needs to be involved unless it's in an advisory capacity
