I saw Bill Dante (Is he still at WOAI?) a few years ago at a restaurant at North Star Mall. It wasn't very exciting.
Haven't you noticed how bubbly he gets when there's some sort of impending natural disaster?
speaking of natural disasters, one of my uncles just called an hour ago, he went to New Orleans to go find some construction job anyways. he said it is bad over there he couldn't even explain.

He & his wife were in my child birth classes at Methodist when I was pregnant with my daughter. He looked no different or less uncomfortable than any other man in there.

About 15 or so years ago (God, I'm getting old) I saw him at Sneaker's trying to scam on some hair band chicks.

George Carlin's latest HBO special "Life is worth losing" ends with a long routine on how George just loves it when nature's going wild and hitting back with horrible natural disasters, the bigger disaster the better. hurrricanes, rain, forest fires.
George is looking so fragile and old now, slurring his words a bit. It'd be tough to lose him and Richard Pryor too close together.
