Refs? The Nuggets were given this game on a silver platter, and they repeatedly made poor offensive choices. McGee missed both free throws down the stretch, and they seemed rushed in the last couple of minutes. I think Karl should have called a timeout or two on a couple of those possessions to run some sets.
