The worst start imaginable.
After all the quotes from the players about how they feel they haven't achieved anything in the series and that they understood the challenge of playing in Memphis, they crapped the bed spectacularly in that quarter
Spurs aren't going to sweep, obviously, but this effort is completely embarrassing, tbh..

Worst quarter of spurs basketball in quite some time. Very, very disappointing.
Hoping for some great adjustments by Pop. This game should have been a "step on the throat" affair.
They will try to KO us in this next 12 min.

Bring back the ing starters already, if they still play like then that's that, don't lose a game with your second ing unit.
Hopefully Pop puts his starters back in. Their play was inexcusable but he should not throw the game so early.

I don't know about you guys, but the Grizzlies' offense still doesn't look that great to me. The Spurs' just keep throwing the ball away, and the awful defenders we have off the bench (Neal) have given up open shots.
It's just the Spurs' bad offense that's making this look like a blowout. Bad passing decisions, bad spacing, lazy ballhandling. . .
Pop needs to put the starters back in to start the 2nd and let them trim the lead down to single figures by halftime. Do that, and it's definitely winnable. Pop overracted way too much imo and it just made it worse.
Give up faster next time.
We were rushing things on offense. Players looked like they had an 8 second shot clock. So much chuking.
