    I thought this was entertaining:

    http://www.everyjoe.com/2013/04/26/sports/balding-nba-players-basketball-players-with-receding-hairlines/

"It makes me feel good to see balding players in the NBA. It’s kinda like: Hey, he’s got millions of dollars, plays basketball for a living and could land a hot girlfriend of his choice — but at least he’s going bald."

    Honorable Mention:

Steve Nash has had some serious restoration work done. His hair was on its deathbed multiple times and he somehow not only didn't flatline but comes back with a new wavy haircut.

Manu Ginobili's bald spot has been played to death. We all know about it. I give him credit for just cutting it short and making the best of what he has. Well played Argentine.

I tried both and they were no help and have not done anything for a while. I am looking at the $199 Laser device they say that thing is actually pretty good from SkyMall with 6-month money back guarantee.

In my late 20s was when I first started getting a few comments "hey your thinning a little on top." Now in early 40s it's pretty noticeable but not too bad given all I've seen and done since. Not much hairline recession of note though, it's all on top of head and still "thick to death" on the lower side areas that are prime donor areas if I ever decide to get a "plug job."

So that's my plan, try out the laser and also monitor the plugs cost which could be a good permanent solution. Also just tried that Just for Men Touch of Grey and it worked well as a way to dial down the grey without looking unnatural and/or being accused of dying your hair (the horror). That's the dilemma there, look better without looking silly or like you are trying too hard.

I think the Laser may even be worth a try for receding hairlines, but I think those are tough to deal with generally and shaving may be the best approach.

Duncan looking like a hairy some bich to me. He either is not balding at all, or had the best plug job of all time one off season.

I wonder why so many pro athletes have receding hairlines? I rarely see people with receding hairlines in every day life, but it seems like there is abundance of them in pro sports.

They're more useful as hair loss prevention. Any regrowth is pretty unlikely, unless you're taking about a small patch of hair loss. It won't fix a receding hairline though - only spots on the crown of the head. My hair gets thin around the crown where it naturally parts. I've been using Minoxidil with no growth, but the hair loss hasn't spread over the last two years either.

nothing worse than a struggle hairline

once ya starts getting thin up top and your hairline starts to resemble count dracula's, shave it off doggie. kobe's isn't that bad since his hair is still cut low. the jet also was able to slide by with his low cut and peanut head. lebron's was so obvious because he tried to hide it by growing his hair out and having a baby s-curl, not fooling anybody with that fam. kaman's is horrible. koufos takes the cake, though. son is only 24 years old with bad hair. by the time he turns 26 he's going to look like mr. burns.

Nothing wrong with that at all, especially if you look good with your particular shaved or bald look. I just have too darn much hair still to shave it, as I made a brief attempt and concluded that. Being in the business world, I think I am wise to care about my appearance and stall father time a bit to the degree possible.

Unless you count that period of time where Manu was using the black spray-paint crap to try and hide the bald spot.

Now that Kaman has fully embraced the baldness, the one with the most ridiculous hairdo has to be Deron Williams....dude has bangs that start at the top of his dome.

Nope, I live in a heavily populated Mexican area though, it's probably more common in other races.
