Actually, I think that's also a credit to the swarming D.
damn, from the backboard cam that looked like an easy foul on Hibbert
Actually, I think that's also a credit to the swarming D.
If Indiana can keep the turnovers down, keep feeding Hibbert and West in the post, rebound the ball, and get about 20-25 points from Paul George, they'll win this game...
It is the right call though.
Pacers can't play much worse on offense and up 2. They should be confident if they can stop turning it over
That is part of their system every few possessions turn over
Like I said, the overt foul calls won't start until desperation sets in, but the traveling calls never get reviewed even by TNT, so that's an instant way to stop a scoring drive and turn the ball over if you're a ref. Another way is to change the out of bounds possession, like they did early on when it was obvious that the ball belonged to Indy.
These things stack up, an offensive foul here, a travel there, out of bounds possession changes... next thing you know you've given Miami 9 or 10 more chances to score than they should have had.
Given that our offense is all about ball movement, this game so far heartens me. If any team can move the ball quickly and accurately enough to shred Miami's trapping D it's us.
A few of those were ref discretion calls, and they were wrong.
Hibbert with Duncan j
Can the two big whites go the game without another incident?
Tell that to Bonner. It's his only defensive move and he gets called 99% of the time without even jumping
Miami only has 1 assist on 9 made field goals. That is horrible. Hero ball at it's finest. I would live with those kind of numbers if I'm Indiana...
I love tyler hansbrough's toughness. Good foul, Psycho-T!
Vogel shoulda gone Popovich in that interview
Pacers not moving the ball and taking bad shots..
Ray!!
tiago as well how Hibbert gets the benefit of the call 90% of the time is crazy
Pacers need to get their asses chewed out for missing block outs.
