No link yet...but he was on DP and says he didn't think the Heat would make it out of San Antonio. Also said he wouldn't be surprised if we swept. Just a prediction so take it for what it's worth. But everyone knows Chuck knows his
only if we like what he said.

Kenny is a Heat hater too. And Shaq is not far behind. I would know

don't know why but the entire NBA on TNT really don't like the Kang. I can imagine the conversations they have in the green room
    The Decision tbh.

This Spurs team is greedy on the road. I have a feeling the Spurs will win game 2 Sunday.
    This

look back to Game 4 road lost in Golden state i think they learned a good lesson loosing that game, was pretty much a won game and they blew it and showed in the Grizzlies series they could have let off the pedal in game 4 and win at home in 5 but they know better not giving opponents life .

i say Spurs win game 2 by 9 book it

Charles is horrible at picking winners. I'd rather have Kenny behind the Spurs than chuck. Having said that, Chuck is one entertaining mother%#^+=>.

ok, i believe in my spurs, i really do. but i've seen this movie before. heat play around for a couple games then turn it on. i still think san an will win in 5 or 6 but don't count them out just at the snap of the fingers. if any team in history could come back from a 3-0 hole, this heat team is most likely.

i don't understand why they screw around so long. they could do like the 2000-02 lakers do and just take care of business early and have an easy ending to the series.

like i said above, i still have a lot of confidence in san antonio, but i just think it should be kept in perspective. miami won't go down that easily.

The Heat can be great when healthy and motivated, but I don't know if they will be able to beat this Spurs team. Spurs played mediocre honestly. I'd be worried if the Spurs played a great game and barely won game 1. Heat can play better, but Spurs best is better than Miami's best.

Yeah, Chuck forgot to wait and see if the Heat lost game 2 first.

Like the poster above me just said, IF the Heat also lose game 2, then it is not going back to Miami. Spurs will likely win 2/3 in SA. Miami badly needs game 2 then they're going to have to take one at SA then hope to win two straight on the Spurs in the last 2. That's the only way they can take it. At reasonably worst I see the series being 3-2 Spurs going into game 6 as it stands now unless shady reffing or Super LeBron shows up.

the visitor winning NBA Finals game 1 has only .500 chance of winning the series:

"When leading a best-of-7 NBA playoff series 1-game-nil, the San Antonio Spurs have a 24-5 series record (with an active three-series winning streak) and a 22-7 Game 2 record."

    http://www.whowins.com/2013series/nba2013o.html

Let's finish MIA Sunday night, and take the LOB Game5 in SA. Always crazy better winning the 'ship @ATT.

I've been a fan of Chuck for a while on TNT and while of course he doesn't get em all right, he's gotten a few of his predictions right. Here are just a few that I can remember that involved us:

2003: He picked the Spurs to win it all.

2005: He picked the Spurs to win it all.

2008: He picked the Lakers to beat us.

2011: He picked Memphis to beat the Spurs.

2011: He said Dallas was better than the Spurs and picked Dallas to take the finals over the Heat.

Again, those are just a few of the predictions that I can remember from him about the Spurs and the Dallas-Heat finals.

He was right about the '11 Mavericks. That was the season where he kept referring to the Spurs as "the second best team in Texas."
Barkley was right alot of the time in 2011.

Let's see if I can name the 3...

    2004 vs. Lakers
    2006 vs. Mavs
    2012 vs. Thunder

If they win that one they definitely are not going back to Miami! If they win game 2 though I definitely see a game 6.

That's likely true. The "Twin Towers" Spurs had an absolutely suffocating defense. They would probably sweep this Heat team.
Can you imagine a young TIM and a still then All Star D ROB playing against this weak frontline? That would be UGLY! GOOD LORD. Bosh would stay out 20 feet or so lol.

I still remember and I will never forget in 03 when we made the finals he said I have been picking SA in every series but now I am going to pick against them! This when we were meeting the Nets. He said this after our game 6 against Dallas and I still remember it. He might have picked us to win ealier in that run but he switched to the Nets.

Miami is far and away a better team than the Grizzlies. And they have the best player on the planet. Much different.

Chuck's been on the ESPN "say whatever's outrageous and take a chance that you might be right" Koolaid the last few years. He's kind of a dumbass.

No way the Spurs are sweeping this team. If they want to celebrate the le at home, they'd better win game 2.
