Spurs are going to have simply outscore Miami. Spurs defense sucks without Splitter in the game with Duncan, but he's been so bad offensively, the Spurs can't keep him in the game.

Tied at the half after all that. Gotta be encouraging.

But the Heat will still impose their will in the 2nd half. The Spurs have to outmatch that.

Boris has been aggressive all playoffs. I've posted maybe 40 times "why ois Pop using Bonner over Diaw"??? FINALLY.
I agree we need better ball movement and Diaw helps. TP is still struggling to find the bigs inside. He's got to make the past as soon as possible.

If Bonner appears in the 2nd half, or the rest of the series, then IMO the Spurs won their 4 championships despite Pop not because of him.

That last foul on Kawhi was beyond dumb. We can't afford to have him in foul trouble.

Lebron: "Well, we need another player just as good as I am."

LeBron is making his shots, gotta live with that. But Wade isn't going to keep it up in the 2nd half and Bosh is still playing bad.

Spurs are in a great position if they just be patient on offense tbh.

Boris needed the game off. The surgury he had near the end of the year, has slowed him. The little rest has been good. He was not needed in game 3. So missing the game gave him what he needed. Now he can add to the movement on the Heat beatdown in the 2nd half. Spurs have to come out in the 3rd and open up a lead and hold on to it.

Boris has been aggressive all playoffs. I've posted maybe 40 times "why ois Pop using Bonner over Diaw"??? FINALLY.
He still has a reputation of being too passive with the ball, but at this stage of the playoffs, it doesn't make sense to play Bonner over him.

Boris has to keep up this aggression though and not pass up open layups.
