anyone see duncan sitting on the ground in the tunnel with his kids?
They weathered the storm pretty well, all things considered. They have a decent lead, but they have to come out STRONG in the third and not be deterred by the officials. And they need to rebound. Better ball protection. They played with purpose. They have to have to have to maintain that in the third. The third has always been our bugaboo. Go out and treat it like game 3 and the absolute must win it is and ing own it.

The defense is really bad. It's got to improve.
Both teams have bad stretches where they have received a ton of calls, tbh..
SpursTalk game threads have been full of ref complaints on every page of game threads in this series..if you go Miami's RealGM forum, their game threads are the same, also full of ref complaints, especially tonight..
Game threads on NBA forums are littered with ref complaints, tbh..every fanbase thinks Stern is screwing their team, including Laker fans..
Got to get better on the boards in the 2nd half. This lead would be 20 without all those O boards.
The refs are the ones that allowed their run.
11 points for manu, 1 of 2 from 3pt land, 6 assists and 1 turnover.:
Getting Green and Neal some open looks is key to winning this game.
Defense has been pretty good so far.
Effort on the boards is pretty weak though so far.
Shane Battier - wish that piece of had a career ending injury. He and Derek Fisher only exist to over the Spurs
Huge "if' tbh.
Ruff n ready, slow your roll bro. Seriously.
tbh tbh..tbh you're right, but tbh..tbh this is easily the worst officiated game of the series. Thus far, of course.
has 11 pts, but responsible for 20+. manu ginobili.
The Heat would be down 20 right now if not for the refs.
I'm actually relieved that the lead isn't bigger. That leads to complacency. But I would LOVE them to blow it the open here. Just like Game 3.
Well they were down 17 when the refs decided to go to work, so that seems reasonable.
I agree, the calls have been inconsistent and the Heat have gotten a better whistle than the Spurs in the 1st half, tbh, but if you go on Miami's forum, they're having a meltdown about the officiating being in favor of the Spurs tonight..
Should be cast in stone. That 12-0 run was ing Stern ass bull .
How everyone about Big Shot Bob felt before he came to the Spurs too. But just like Horry, Battier would be an instant favorite on our roster. All those guys would be except for Fisher. Never. Ever.
Officiating is really awful. It was a big reason why the lead was cut down to single digit. ! We're playing 5 versus 8!
Timmy is playing great, tbh.
Bill Simmons with the predictable "why aren't the spurs up more?" take.
This game would be over if it wasn't for the in' Sterns/ref.
And WTF was that Jay-z bull ? This is Texas ffs, candy-ass hip hop.
I agree. The only way they will blow it open is if they improve the defense and start defensive rebounding.
Yeah and the moment the refs stopped helping the Heat the Spurs raised the lead up by 4. So imo, it should be a 21 point Spurs lead right now if not for the bull sucker refs. Tbh, maybe even worse because the Heat got away with a lot of fouls which cost the Spurs at least 6 free throws, and 3 possessions.
