The defense exposed this morning's witness as unreliable and the jury will discount her testimony imho. This current witness DID just say she thought the man on top wore a combination of black and orange which could be problematic for the defense.

I didn't get to watch today. Couple of things I've caught on highlights though:
1.) Jeantel denied that cracker was a racial term. What!?
2.) They handed her a letter that she was supposed to have written to T's mother about what happened and she couldn't read it because it was in cursive. Who wrote it? By the way, I have two friends who have 11 or 12 year old kids, and they told me recently that they don't teach cursive in school anymore; she may not have ever seen it. Still, who wrote the letter?
I guess I'm going to have to go back and watch some of this over the next few days.
The twitter/FB threats were going on last year as well. When will people learn; NEVER type anything like that on the internet, folks. Especially twitter/FB. Although I doubt the DOJ will be getting on this.

Seriously, though...it's like the Prosecutions witnesses are all testifying for the defense. Well...except for Dee-Dee but she was clearly a liar and a bad one at that.
The Rack, I mean the Colombian woman, did say she saw the guy on top might have had some orange and black clothing, but it was dark and she might have been mistaken. I'll say this right now, I think GZ ought to take the stand and just tell what happened. I know the prosecution will try and tear him apart, but if the truth is what I think it is, the jury will believe it. Other wise the jury will think he's trying to hide something.
