If he could be had for a mid-level contract or something then Cuban must be a real dumbass to not go after him tbh. guy only costs less than half the money Monta costs and is capable of doing everything Monta can do

Agreed. He had his limitations, but he gave the Spurs incredible production for what they paid him.
I'm an admirer of Neal and it's also a great day for me because he will be in the market for us to sign, or at least he won't play for our bitter rival anymore.

Gary Neal is good people, while I wasn't a fan of his game I was a fan of him. His wife couldn't be nicer, sits in front of me and wife at the games and is great.
I wish him sincere good luck if he doesn't come back, hope he gets that great payday.

Gary won us a few playoff and Finals games,WTF has Splitter done except fold like camping chair in the PO's
Neal deserves to get paid he's proven himself. His lack of defense skills leaves a lot to be desired. But overall his time on the Spurs was ok.. especially for what we were paying him.
Oh man! I'm gonna miss this guy! It's Very sad day in spurs history seeing him go, Neal is great, should be inspiration to all players in the world of hard work and how to be a compe or, for me Neal will always be a spurs legend, love this guy! What is also sad is seeing how much of you spurs fans are morons that not understand basketball, thinking Beli is an upgrade over the "Neal with it", Beli is not come close to what Neal is, if you want to find a comparison he is much closer to roger mason who is IMO the worst formar spurs player of all time....
