Outside of Heat,Nets(now),Knicks,Bulls(with Rose) the Eastern Conference is unwatchable for my eyes.
While it's not as strong as it once was, some people might say it's on the same level as the East. But even if it is, the West is still more entertaining to watch and won't make your eyes bleed like the East playoff basketball.

Meh West still better but gap is closing. Besides, best team still resides in the East.
The Bulls are unwatchable IMO
I was a fan of Rose before the whole ACL thing, he was fun to watch, I could care less about the rest of the team, same goes with Melo and the Knicks and Lebron and Miami(Wade's average now). Of course I hate the Heat now after the Finals.
The East is less interesting because nearly all good players outside of Miami are condensed in the NYC area but neither NY team has a clue how to make a winning team with the talents they have, while the west will be a dogfight from the 10th place up to the top. The map of the east resembles the Europe from 1940-1943 with Miami being Germany, the west is like the Europe map preceding the blitz on Poland.

Pacers
Everyone Else
