from my understanding, as long as you dont extend your arms or just totally barrel into somebody with your shoulder, its not a charge in the restricted area. so i dont think this ability to review will matter too much. its more important outside the restricted area to check if somebody had his feet set, etc.

yeah cool stuff, Im expecting some basketball games to go baseball lengths. good news for fans who attend the game because it gives them extra time to take photos and good news for the league as well because they can implant more damn commercials into the game, win-win deal imho
