Prime MJ would still dunk on all of em
Hypothetically let's say that have that an alien people have crashed into the earth. These people are peaceful and have relatively similar intelligence. The people on the spaceship are one of 200 ships sent out on random courses with the hope to escape doom on their planet. The planet imploded in on itself and died. So the aliens have nowhere to go. The aliens learn English and are awarded American citizenship.
Physically the aliens are about 7'6 - 9'4 in height and about 335 lbs a piece. The alien people are very humonoid but also share things in common with emus and raptors. They are strong, fast, and jump with 50 inch vertical leaps. Their hands are very long giving them ball control and their avian eyes gives them better court vision. The aliens take a liking to basketball and volleyball but not hockey because they are very supseptible to injury due to the coldness of the ice.
Eventually younger aliens begin playing for city teams, college teams, and foreign teams due to interest and easilly outshine the compe ion. The aliens even train with former NBA players like Hakeem, Jordan, Bird, Sam Cassell, and Magic Johnson.
The United Nations eventually releases a charter that all of these aliens are considered a sentient, humonoid species and will have all the rights regular humans have. The aliens can also breed with humans in case your wondering and create successful offspring (not like Ligers).
Would these aliens be allowed to play in the NBA? Legally they would have a lot of backing and it would be very speciest and bad publicity if Stern denied them for not being -sapiens.
This is what they'd look like if you want a better idea

How the is that not a foul? i think if Durant was the guy in MJ's situation he would've gotten the continuation easily.
