Those Daily Caller writers are l-a-c-k-i-n-g.. I've been to the site it's a cheap knock off of Huffington Post... The Burden is on the Prosecution....and they did a poor job...doesn't mean based on all the evidence that we know of... much of which was ruled inadmissible provides clear proof of Z's guilt...The jury received the same information I received regarding facts of the case..except I got to see everything whereas the jury was deprived of a ton of that shows motive, intent, and the violent history of Zim...the real question you should be asking yourself is this:

a) there was no motive to murder
b) following somebody is not a crime, nor was it enough to be considered being an aggressor in the court of law
c) giving a different story isn't evidence of murder or aggression
d) violent past doesn't matter because Martin equally fits the bill due to his own aggressive history
e) violent past isn't a motive. the violent past wasn't allowed as evidence by the court for either party, so you can stop bringing that up as evidence

however, evidence that suggests martin initiated the fight:
1) only 2 injuries on martin. a bullet wound, and bruised knuckles
2) zimmerman was beat the up. lacerations on the back of his head point to having it beaten on or against pavement
