    You care you dumb . You are telling people to stay on topic but you haven't been on topic this whole time. You really are a stupid POS. All you do is post lame ass videos, insignificant stats and backtrack in almost every freaking post.

    Did your daddy diddle you when you were a kid? That would explain a lot.

    Not a brain in your head is there? Ever thought of actually knowing a topic before trying to talk about it, have you ever done that?

    This stuff is all over the place. Talk to any football coach idiot.
    What can one say about the Offensive Line position in football? It’s a position that doesn’t ac ulate any stats, it’s a position that gets little to no recognition, and a position that often times gets little respect. They say that the offence wins games, but how many games do you think the offence can win if the Offensive Line doesn’t give the Quarter Back time to throw the ball and allow the Receivers to catch it or make holes for the Running Back. The Offensive Line is by far the most important position on the field, because it is the only position that requires the whole unit to work together as one in order for the play to succeed. To play on the Offensive Line is to play with brothers, you are a family with a bond that other teammates wish they had. Not everyone can play this position because it takes a certain mental and physical aspects that make for a good Lineman. Let’s just see what they are:

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Now think moron, no time to throw, no holes for the running backs,
    Nobody can be this ing stupid.
    Cool story, now care to explain how the last 4 Super Bowl winners managed to get it done with mediocre O-lines at best?
    Care to explain where you got this stupid idea any Superbowl winning team has a ....mediocre....offensive line. Prove that, would love to see this. Put up or shut the up.
    The last four Super Bowls alone prove that a strong O-line is overrated in today's game....
    The Saints won with Jermaine Bushrod at LT, who was god-awful
    The Packers won with Chad Clifton at LT, a decent but aging veteran, and the 12th-ranked O-line according to PFF
    The Giants won with David Diehl - a natural guard - at LT, and the 31st-ranked O-line according to PFF
    The Ravens won with Bryant McKinnie (who was their backup during the regular season) starting at LT, and the 17th-ranked O-line according to PFF
    The common denominator with those teams is that they had enough talent at the skill positions - especially quarterback - and defensively to make up for lesser talent in the O-line, especially protecting the so-called "blind side" (which is rapidly becoming a myth due to the combination of teams moving their best pass rushers to the right side and quarterbacks tending to evenly distribute the ball through all parts of the field)....
    Meanwhile, having a great O-line doesn't necessarily correlate to winning: just ask the Browns, Lions, or Bills last year.... it seems to me that teams are better off investing in the skill positions and defense instead of wasting money trying to put together the best possible O-line, tbh....
    2013 NFL Draft Results: Breakdown of all 254 picks by position
    What position was the most popular at the NFL Draft?
    Tweet (4)Share + Comments
    The 2013 NFL Draft started out as the year of the offensive lineman, with three of the top four and six of the top 11 players selected being lifted from the trenches. But how did that pan out over the rest of the draft?
    The lure of offensive linemen didn't wear off after the early selections. Nine offensive linemen were taken in the first round and a stunning total of 40 were picked in all seven rounds, making sure the draft finished with the moniker it started with — the year of the offensive lineman.
    But the big men on the other side of the line got plenty of attention, too. Forty-nine defensive linemen were selected, making it the most popular position in the 2013 Draft. Ezekiel Ansah led the way for defensive linemen, going No. 6 overall to the Lions. He was followed by Barkevious Mingo with the next pick, and the defensive front continued to be a priority for all teams.
    Unsurprisingly, quarterbacks weren't especially popular. In what was considered a weak quarterback class, just 11 signal-callers were selected, with only one coming in the first round. In fact, just three were picked in the first three rounds of the draft, a year after quarterbacks were the top two overall picks and three were selected in the first round alone.
    I did show some real proof.... the champs were starting guys out of position or promoting their backups, meanwhile, the teams with "elite" O-line players tend to suck (i.e. the Browns and Lions)....
    I'm pretty sure PFF is a lot more knowledgeable than you, as they watch every single play of each season and grade each player.... meanwhile, you read your 1960's almanacs in complete ignorance of the modern game
    Thinking the O-line is more important than the QB
    Hey dumb , 2013 was considered by NFL GM's to be a shallow draft in terms of skill-position talent (especially quarterbacks), that's why so many O-linemen went early....
    Meanwhile, in the last four Super Bowls, only one winning team started any first-round O-linemen at all - and Bryan Bulaga only got to start because the Packers' regular starter, Mark Tauscher (who was picked in the seventh round) got injured....
    In 2007, the Giants started two UNDRAFTED O-linemen, even
    Dude, I'm as up on the...right now...more than you are. I can name every player in the league, every team position by position. Where in the are getting this stupid...60 almanac...bull from? Damn you're dumb!
    That's right, without a sold O line there are no 1000 yard rusher/receivers, Hall of Fame QB's. Do I really have to talk to as if you were a child? No time to throw, no holes for the backs.....DUH!!!!!!! Tell me dummy what position gets drafted the most...well? What position would an NFL coaxch tells you you start building first....well? That is also true at all levels of football.
    Never played the game did ya got? Well I did and without a hole you better be Barry Sanders and who is?
    Did yo mama beat you with a stupid stick son?
    With a O-line in 2011, Hakeem Nicks put up 1,192 yards and Eli threw for 4,933 yards.... oh, and the Giants won the Super Bowl....
    No time to throw, no holes for the backs.....DUH!!!!!!!
    It seems Eli had plenty of time to throw in 2011 despite a O-line....
    Depends.... smart coaches and GM's agree that a franchise quarterback is the building block and playmakers are next in line.... dumbasses who don't keep their jobs too long reach for O-linemen while missing out on playmakers....
    PFF's bottom 5 O-lines last year included the Colts and Bears....
    The Colts had Reggie Wayne, who put up 1355 yards
    The Bears had Matt Forte (1094 yards) and Brandon Marshall (1508 yards)
    The other three teams that didn't have an 1000 yard rusher or reciever (Arizona, Jacksonville, San Diego) either lacked talent at quarterback (Arizona, Jacksonville) or at the skill positions (San Diego).... even then, the Chargers' O-line sucked in 2011 as well and Ryan Mathews and Vincent Jackson both put up 1000+ yards anyway....
    As usual you're totally missing the point.
    Nobody is talking a ..a...lineman vs anyone. I'm talking about...the unit...which if ya had half a brain you'd know. At the NFL level you don't see a huge difference in offensive lines, sure there are rarities. The point I'm trying to stress (you're too dumb to grasp the concept) is the game is won by the big guys, and anyone who knows football knows this. It''s all about your lines, if you don't have time to throw, can't run, can't pressure the QB or stop the run, well......
    Damn you're dumb.
