Wicked Spoon at The Cosmopolitan
I don't know if I'd call it must-eat, but I like getting a pastrami sandwich from the Carnegie Deli for breakfast. The thing is so ing big you can take the 2/3rds of it that you didn't finish, stick it in the fridge, and eat it for lunch too.

Lol. Sounds about right. I didn't even eat there, I took pics of what my friends ate, that looked too bad, like beef and pudding hybrid.
its not called the imperial palace anymore. its called quad.
Where you eat is about the last concern to have when going to Vegas![]()
I must have missed it when I was in Vegas, butturning the Carnegie Deli into a chain restaurant. No way the one in Vegas is anything like the one in NY.
So wrong. Part of what makes Vegas great is some world class restaurants. If you are young and dont have money, maybe it's not a concern, but the restaurants in Vegas are definitely a big part of enjoying all Vegas has to offer IMO.
Maybe not, but it's still a really good pastrami sandwich. Probably not quite as good as at my fav Jew Deli Canters in LA (Las Vegas Canters is complete garbage BTW), but still very solid.
