Ok, I just watched the video in full, maybe he did. He is really really defensive and contradicts himself while "refuting". Poor guy, the lady was just reading a standard story opening, and ends up owning him without even knowing/trying.

Typical film students make their first film..What she was trying to say was a big director like e
comes on the site and draws all the $5 donations to his movie. Why can't he get his money from his
Hollywood friends to make his movie? He said he donates $300,000 of his Millions to start up film makers
but that's not the point. He is such a good film maker he just does not need to get money at that site.
Leave it for the small guys.

man...of all the 30 for 30s, the one with Reggie Miller and e Lee is my favorite. John Starks, Ewing, Miller, Lee... Awesome doc with the right questions to all the right people. Pretty rare you get all sides of a particular story like that.

Yeah e seems way defensive and butthurt. Almost so butthurt it seems scripted, like they planned the whole thing to give his public begging campaign more publicity.
