nothing, he is talking about ESPN.
that has all the signs of being a drunk tweet
nothing, he is talking about ESPN.
If Tom Penders coached Aggie, he'd have long since melted down and released ball's grades to the media....
http://lastwordonsports.com/2013/08/...ohnny-manziel/The “World Wide Leader In Sports” is focusing all of its resources on Manziel, and ignoring the other star athletes in college who have similar numbers of signed memorabilia available online.
ESPN’s focus on Manziel indicates either a surprising lack of effort by their investigative journalists, or a bias against Manziel and Texas A&M. There is simply no easy way to explain the sports channel’s motives, nor the inconsistencies in the story.
Outside of Matt Thaibi and very few others, investigative journalism has been dead for some time. ESPN also has to fill time and people pay attention to this story.
Aggie tears.
Johnny Football won the Heisman and is a media and now Aggie doesn't like the spotlight.
no evidence
Clowney, Bridgewater, etc being ignored when they have just as many items as Manziel
ESPN's sources being drug dealers and shady criminals
Darren Rovelle being duped by a teenager
Why would anyone think this wouldn't be a story?
You guys think it has to be a conspiracy. It's not.
So you can go around saying whatever you want about people with no proof to back it up now and it's a story. Interesting.
The only conspiracy here is ESPN trying to make more money.
21st century journalism tbh, it's not just ESPN. Throw on wall, see if it sticks.
Manziel is free to sue if there is some kind of defamation happening. Is he suing?
Wow. A company wants to make money? Now people are butthurt about capitalism. The only conspiracy here is ESPN trying to make more money.
Yeah, suing ESPN would be great for his image.
Yeahhh, he's not biased or anything....Editor’s Note: Last Word on Sports is pleased to welcome Michael Taglienti as a new writer to the LWOS team. A texas resident and Texas A&M and Dallas Cowboys fan, Mike will be providing excellent and analytical commentary on college basketball, college football and the NFL.

Another one:
No articles by ESPN on Clowney though, odd.And if the NCAA is investigating Manziel for these incidents, how can they not look into South Carolina stud defensive end Jadeveon Clowney? The autograph authentication firm of PSA/DNA says they've validated "many, many" Clowney signatures this offseason, according to its president, Joe Orlando. "There were at least two lots of over 300 consecutive-number authentications of Mr. Clowney's signature," Orlando says.

Good read on the autograph subject here by Rick Reilly. Another biased journalist I guess.
Like showing up to a frat party in Austin
personally, as a spurs fan who is used to seeing the spurs get ignored as much as the media can possibly ignore a championship caliber team, i'm loving it. the one negative is that as a college football fan, i'm a little bothered that espn has diluted its coverage of actual football at the expense of their scandal de jour.
he should have topped that off with a visit to a bama frat house
I think suing ESPN is a bit larger of a hit than going to a college party.
well, no real football is being played tbh
I don't.
And even then I don't think he gives a about image.
Since when does reality apply to the NCAA
Reality is people get paid for the work they do, but not in the world of the NCAA
Reality is it's none of anybodies business what I do or what anyone else does with their money, but not in the world of the NCAA
Reality is I can take my kid and his friends out to dinner, but in the world of the NCAA this is a violation if the friends are athletes.
The NCAA lives in their own little world, it's a world where they make the rules.
War Damn Johnny. Can't wait until nothing comes of this, and he goes on to lead the Aggs to glory (with a loss to Auburn, of course)
Got nothing but sympathy for Aggie, unless of course there is concrete evidence he broke the (NCAA) law.
What has he done since winning the Heisman to help his image?
