    Lebron's not consistent enough, tbh.
Lebron is the definition of consistent. He hasn't been injured in his career, ever, and he keeps getting better every off season.

A smallball lineup with both Kawhi and Lebron on it is the ultimate mismatch for most teams.

    Parker / Green / Kawhi / Lebron / Duncan

    The thought makes me salivate

    Durant would fit nicely, too.

As far as "threshold to our needs", though, I'd like Batum and Kendall Marshall.

Kevin love. His defense isn't great, but under the tutelage of the right coach, he's teachable.

Tbh, I would want to keep LeBron on the Heat just so we can get revenge on them this year

So I think I'd go with Davis as well, if we're keeping them for their whole career. Davis-Leonard wouldn't even be fair in terms of contesting shots/passes

Get Lebron, waive him before the finals. Beat the heat, get the ring without him.

Outside of Le Brian that's a a good question. I think first the decision has to be are we in it to win now or are we picking to guarantee our future as a Playoff team for the next 10 years.

Anyone who doesn't pick lebron at this point is a re tbh..

That said, I wonder how the system will change if lebron plays for the spurs next year? He will have to sacrifice part of his game heavily to allow Parker to play the way he's been playing..I don't think pop will ever change the system just cause of lebron. Maybe the most obvious choice is have him play Ginobili's role when he was in his late 20's...It's easy to say make him your stretch 4, but you're not utilizing him at his best if you do..

    Aside from the obvious:

Kevin Love, Roy Hibbert, Anthony Davis, or Nikola Vucevic. In that order. Andre Drummond would be nice too.
