There is speculation on Twitter that Bryant intends to play his first game on Nov. 15 against the Memphis Grizzlies. The shooting guard posted the words “#blackout #bearhunt” on Twitter. Some have suggested that this means Bryant intends to come back when L.A debuts their new black jerseys against the Grizzlies (bears). If the veteran does return against Memphis, Los Angeles will have played 10 games without him.

Kobe on the verge of a Jason Collins-esque announcement. "Blackout" obviously consists of two words. Black, which is of course half of his nickname, and out, which is word used to describe openly gay persons. Then you of course have "bearhunt". Obviously the word has a very loaded history with Kobe. Karl Malone once declared that he was "hunting" for little Mexican girls to Bryant's wife, spawning a wave of questions of both locker room turmoil and Vanessa's fidelity. This is keeping in Kobe's MO in which he does nothing unless connected somehow to a HOF caliber big man. In that same vein there's the word "bear" which in sexual parlance is a large, hairy male. Taking all these clues as a whole we can safely conclude that Kobe will be announcing Friday that he's in love with one, or possibly both, of the Gasol brothers. NTTAWWT.
