No one has confirmed what it is or if its a hoax yet. Near the end of the video, you can see it has a type of Jelly fish membrane that makes the video seem quite authentic.

"Alien-like" is nonsensical. It doesn't look like a Mexican and we've never seen an extraterrestrial life form.
What do you mean it doesn't look like a Mexican? It's back is wet. It looks like it's wearing a sombrero. It's just moseying along. It's cruising along with all kinds of weird lights and decorations and . Plus if you follow the clips that aren't on here, it's on the way to a janitorial job that a white person could have been doing instead.

Its an Ocean creature that for some reason was in the bay or it was a hoax. Whales get surfaced into the shore as well, that doesnt make them land mammals
