What's the next step for the Rockets is a question I'm wondering. Adding Howard made them a little bit better, but they're still clearly not contenders. Can they become so or are they stuck in this "meh" 50 win limbo?

Stretch 4 is what they need. When TJ has played like the stretch 4 they needed I can't really see many teams in the league that are better. Tonight they were without Parsons, who as many probably don't know, is the most important player on the rockets. Thats why they need to trade Asik already. With Bev coming back in a couple of weeks they will be fine but TJ still won't be a consistent starter and they need the 4.

truth bomb tbh. A stretch four is always the best choice to accompany DH (like Rashard Lewis and Ryan Anderson) but it's obvious that the Rockets managers and scouts are too classy to ever browse spurstalk, or any message board that's not named crutchfans.net tbh.
