They need both. His game isn't good enough any more to just do one or the other as we saw in the finals..He needs to get his shot straight. It's a huge factor in how far the Spurs go and he's paid 7M not to just pass and turn it over..

No. That's why they got a pure shooter in Belli. Manu's role hasn't changed from last season. Be a playmaker, and get everyone involved. He has shown improvements driving to the basket, but anything you get from outside from Manu is just gravy right now.
He played well against OKC... defensively especially.
