Lol @ your failed attempt to bait me. Keep sucking at life, David.
lol you won't answer a serious question.
Thanks for backing down again.
Me and chump ? You cute buddy, I believe DMC started to own your ass.I'm not Mexican
the fact you find funny some re ed photoshop and endless efeud between chump and whomever make me think your place is the club, that's your fish bowl, you are probably more successful there than talking bb.
have fun with chumpie and the ty photoshop jobs.
@ the amount of asshurt by this grown man. and DMC owned no one. My statement still stands. And I'm not Mexican but if I was is there a problem with that?
robdiaz is mah guy, but those photoshops are turrible, tbh
is that supposed to be chump? I don't lurk at the club...
A bit immature I agree, but some of them I find hilarious. And some claim it is. Even if its not its still pretty funny.
No meltdown here. The meltdown is only for those fools who thought this would fly this season. No backup pg, no backup SF, undersized at nearly every position, fools gold Danny green, kangaroo rotation. I feel sorry for anyone who didn't see this coming from a mile away. Miami was playing some of their worst basketball of the season until they ran into the Spurs although, like most contenders are finding out, the Spurs will cure a lot of team ill's. I can't remember the last time I've seen a Spurs team this dysfunctional.
Mid-tier guys need to be in big markets even more. Those little commercials Green, Neal and Splitter did make a lot more money in big markets, while a superstar like James would get all the national endorsements he could get anywhere. It's not like Duncan hasn't repeatedly turned down offers.
SA is big for low-tier players who haven't made a name for themselves or old players who want to win. Until Tim leaves and HEB opens up. Then whoever the biggest star in town is will get a decent endorsement, Superstar or midtier.
Chump denied fwiw, but SA210 was stealth banned afterwards while Kori Ellis' most recent visitor was Chump. So you can draw your own conclusions on dat one. I have a feeling Chewie is about to get stealth banned as well.

surprised there aren't endorsement opportunities in Austin, some of the banks, hipster bars etc....
came damm close last year and I think this year more talent then last year
Despite the Toros, Austin is pretty neutral. Lots of fans from Texas and Cali teams here. We get some Spurs ads, but not really outside of Spurs games.
Got lucky last year with teams dropping out with injuries. that flawed thinking has the team now constructed that it will again need injuries to advance far in the playoffs. Proof is their bad record against the top teams.
Not any better this year, basically the same core team.
hoping to move back down, but even when hanging with friends there, I don't meet many other Spurs fans. strange, seems like such a natural market to tap into but I think UT got that on lockdown. I think there are a lot of Spurs fans there, but maybe it's too eclectic.
half the losses against top teams spurs did not even have all their starters or 2 of them were on back to backs
thunder was rested 4 days and spurs faced Portland on a back to back in portland
Most mid-tier guys aren't making money of endorsements. The guys I am referring to make the majority of their money of their basketball contracts. Those types that aren't stars, but 5-7M dollar guys should find SA more appealing. Less now, but in the past it should have been more. Even more for the lower tier (2-4M) guys. That entire group could have been paid more long-term IMO if they played with SA for the same money they played for elsewhere.
When you play for Pop, when you win and get opps for the playoffs every year, you can usually hit one or two pretty damn nice contracts (only to have teams regret them later).
Maybe I'm showing my youth, but I can recall no midtier Spurs getting big deals elsewhere. I only know of low-tier folks getting mid-tier contracts like Neal.
Those guys for sure, but I'd lump a guy like Malik Rose & Stephen Jackson (although it was delayed a year) in there. But there haven't been enough guys that took that path so it mutes the sample size. My point (although it's anecdotal) is that if more mid-tier guys that probably aren't making significant endorsement money anywhere came to the Spurs for MLE type money instead of accepting that same money elsewhere, they probably would be better off.
Most of my high-school friends were Spurs fans. But none were hard core. It probably is the UT curse. It's pathetic to see old folks who never went there rocking the shirts. The Spurs need to find a way to get in on that. Obviously, Joseph's not good enough.
