Just a hunch but I think they might have thought about covering Danny after game 5 anyways regardless of what Tony said. I agree on the rest though about both deserving . Parker though after game 3 was banged up, if he is healthy I know he plays better in those last games. Manu was either hurt or just trying way too hard? I still don't know what the was up with him.
Manu never gets a pass for being hurt and even if he does, he's 36 years old. Parker is what like 31? His body is wearing down a lot faster than it should. He should probably take it easy for awhile. As long as were healthy come april we'll be okay.

This is supposed to be Tony' s team. He's the star player/MVP player of this team and should be able to lead us to a championship. Manu's always been more of a role player on this team. What I don't understand is why Manu always gets the blame every year we don't win (other than last year in the finals). Even in 2006 when he made that bad mistake people forget we could've still won in overtime.
