Yo you probably have seen this, Addict1
I don't know what's better The Gemini Method, Lynch, or baldy McHalfBeard in the video
lefty at work early
NFL seems set to extend the salary cap to 130 million compared to the current 123 million
Probably for the future caps...yo Addict still feels awesome.
Seahawks schedule next year is extremely difficult. I would not be surprised to see them lose 4-5 games. But they're still ridiculously stacked, and the best team in the NFL, with Niners not far behind.
I'm your huckleberry, say when.

Time for Turbin to rise and grind!
Shocking News: Seahawks set to cut Sidney Fitz-Rice.
Gway-Tist Rah-Cee-Vah of all times
Goodbye Red Bryant! Could this mean enough money to sway Bennett to stay around? Or, Clemons if Bennett decides to take his Al Jahira beard somewhere else?
Defending a Super Bowl isn't easily done, in fact, it seldom is done. Congrats on the win and best of luck in the season Hawks.
It is hardest winning the first--everything afterwards is house money…there is what? Only 5 teams that have repeated so yes it is difficult so anything can happen next year. However, Seattle has been thirsty for a le for 35 years so the excitement is real and we'll have fun next season. Can't call the Seahawks ringless anymore and that is a huge accomplishment.
a lot of it is dull... but it has its moments
The Mel Kiper and Jon Gruden were my favorite...lol
Official Release of Sidney Fitzgerald and Red Bryant Thank you for your underrated service, Mr. Bryant! Sidney, while you did show flashes of brilliance, you were never healthy enough to be our numero uno. Glad you got to get a ring though, the both of ya!
I say he gets 4-6 games...better than a year but it won't be with the Seahawks...
Oakland should pounce at the opportunity if he can be had for a discount given the suspension issues
