Making up stories about causation is fun. Love the zero sum logic too. If Thibs is good then Doc must suck! Your logic is all about awful.
Agreed. Between him, their beta superstar and their overrated GM they will be forever runner ups.

Orlando had one season where Doc could be credited with doing anything meaningful. After that they did nothing and he was fired. The Celtics hired Doc got worse every season up to the point they managed to get Allen/Garnett/Pierce and hired Thibs to run the defense. All of these things are provable. I'm all ears if you have some sort of evidence that he is anything else but an opportunist.
You have named several things that correlate but have done nothing to demonstrate causation. Repeating yourself once again still isn't going to change that. You have shown that coaches depend on talent. Bravo.
...and you have done nothing but move the goalposts. There are plenty of talented teams out there with ty coaches. Just look at the Thunder. Brooks is horrible with his rotations and his inability to properly manage the personalities on his team(something Phil Jackson was fantastic at) will both be his continual undoing year in and year out.
The OP stated Doc was one of the best coaches in the West. There isn't a shred of evidence to prove that.
their bigs rotation is thin as paper and their low-post defense is weak as . There's a reason why this team hasn't advanced past the 2nd round for more than two decades despite how stacked they may look
lold hard at turns on the switch
has to be the most over rated coach in the L
