Mavs have a better chance of beating OKC though. (Admittedly small in any event.)

Neither will beat OKC, the Thunder will tear through either one pretty quickly if Westbrook stays healthy. Memphis does have a little size to wear them down a little, so there's that. The Grizz clearly know they have a matchup disadvantage with the Spurs, otherwise they'd have been content to let Dallas handle OKC.

If OKC loses to Detroit, and the Clips beat Portland, OKC falls to the 3 seed, yes. LA would squeak ahead on conference record, I believe.
