Why the Spurs went away from going inside is beyond me. Time to bring back the starters.

It's not rocket science. Parker was the one scoring in the paint. Duncan did a little as well. Mills is not a penetrator.

Dallas switching everything has really, really stifled the ball movement. There is not nearly as much flow, player or ball movement and the offense has suffered. Great decision by RC to not panic because with TP/Kawhi out, he knows that switching will do what it's intended to do if guys like Manu/Beli/Patty aren't going to make shots. They aren't as good as TP at getting into the lane on those switches.

Spurs can overcome that by playing through Boris more IMO - put him in the same spots as Kawhi and let him create while spacing the floor as much as possible. Have to make 3's though to loosen up this defense.

Pfff. No. If we were better than 1-11 outside the paint we'd be torching the Mavs with those WIDE OPEN looks we've been getting all game.
