AI made 1st team in 2001, while Kobe, TMAC and Carter made 2nd team.
Kobe and Tmac made 1st team in 2002, AI made 2nd team.

Back then, they were pretty much equals, with Kobe getting the nod because he won championships playing next to Shaq. You switch Kobe with any of the three, the Lakers would have rung at least twice.
