I'm encouraged cause it's obvious the effort and attention to detail was not there at all. It will be there in game 3. This is just like the golden state series win one we should've lost and still don't take the next game serious. The real Spurs will stand up in game 3.

The suns had HCA in that series and that Spurs team regular season wise was terrible. They were the 7th seed so I expected them to struggle against that Suns squad. Can't compare that situation. That team had prime Amare,Nash and a bunch of talented players. This Mavs team has only one star in its prime and that is Monta.
Thatīs not my point, my point is happens, like Memphis on the 1rst round we were the 1st seed then against the 8th.

Duncan and Leonard cannot have 5 FG attempts.

Bench needs to wake the up.

, I'd just be happy if the guys would match the Mavs intensity.

Second round? How is anyone even thinking about the second round? They way the Spurs are playing, they're looking like they will get their pushed in, in the first round.

Pathetic focus, pathetic play. Regular season ball movement bull players that can't/won't step up in the playoffs.

Even Gary Neal is better at creating his own shot than half the scrubs that are playing for the Spurs out here. I don't even think Mills will score what Gary Neal did in game 1 of these playoffs.

Without Manu, Spurs are down over 20 points right now.
Seriously? We're not losing to the Mavs. It's not going to happen. We beat their ass so many times and we were due to lose.

Championship caliber teams don't cough up the ball 20+ times a game... I'll wait to see how they bounce back next game before I make any hasty judgments. They played the tiest game of the playoffs out of all 16 teams..

Pop deliberately makes no adjustments as a joke on everyone who voted for him. It's like having his players foul Shaq within the first 30 seconds of a Spurs-Suns regular game just to piss Shaq off, but on a larger scale.

This series has been pretty weird so far. Now I expect the Spurs to look like the Spurs on Saturday. For some reason this team was way better and more focused on the road than at home throughout the entire season..
The Mavs also tend to have letdowns at home alot....

That "performance" was an abortion. The Spurs embarrassed themselves with all the unforced turnovers.

What makes it worse is seeing fat ass Blair strutting around like a fool.

The Spurs better get it together in Dallas. They played a lot of crap basketball in San Antonio. How many turnovers? 25? Disgusting.

Honestly we've seen this so many times. The team just has a history of taking nights off usually in round 1.

Your right does happen but again your trying to compare this situation to the past which has no relation. The Grizzlies owned the spurs during the regular season and went in the playoffs with supreme confidence against them. It also didn't help Manu broke his arm before that series.

At all the people freaking out after 1 game. , all of the Spurs previous le runs included a loss for the Spurs at home (Usually a Game 1)...
I don't ever recall them getting smoked like this. Spurs were ing smoked off their own court. They couldn't counter with anything tonight. If not for Manu, Spurs could have been down 30 or 40 points. This is not just some loss, Dallas ing said, hey ers, WE CAN BEAT YOUR ASS type of beat down announcement.

The Spurs don't even have a Gary Neal level creator off the bench that can create his own offense (Manu excluded as he was there last season).

Coaching has nothing to do with turning the ball over like you're giving away Halloween candy. Pop is the best but the team had a outing.
