The issue is going to be two-fold for the NBA. We all know they aren't able to make morally correct decisions. They have to abide by laws/established rules. 1) They have no actual proof this is Sterling on the recording. Very likely is, but this isn't video. It's TMZ and some chickenhead and a recording. 2) This isn't like fining the Raptors GM for screaming "F BKY" in a public forum. This is a private setting. Would be a legal nightmare more than likely to enforce something that was done in a private setting. It opens up the doors to a ton of "moral decisions", what offends who and would be really difficult.
I hope they do something because it's morally right, but it's going to be tough. Also, F these Uncle Tom's too who knew about this s bag and still put their hands out and sold their soul to play for this racist piece of trash.
