Earl Boykins make the NBA. I am not dissing his game, I think he is a good player, but at his height (5'5") what did he do and how did he do it to reach the highest level of organized basketball? I find it pretty mind boggling for a guy like him to do that.

Look how many times he got waived before he finally stuck with the Clippers.

He even though he was constantly being waived, teams still signed him to see him out and eventually he got a contract. All the years he got waived were in the same years and back-to-back, so he was usually always working.

Also, on 10-day contracts do they get paid for each day, how does it work?

He's a good ball handler, almost impossible to steal the ball from him, and he's quick as .

I think he's just lucky. He ain't that good. It's only because defenses are so defensive because it's easy to foul a little twirp like that. You touch him and he seriously flips out. It's pathetic. That's why he's had success is because he knows how to use it.

You get paid per game for the games during that 10-day period.

For example, a minimum NBA contract is around 400K this season. So divide that by 82 and that's how much they get paid per game.

Earl Boykins is averaging 13.4 points and almost 4 assists on 43% shooting. Doing all that with guys on the floor who have a good 5-10 inches on him. Yea, he's pretty lucky

Not to mention one of the deadliest shooters in the league.

Yeah, I don't like him, but the little bas can flat out ball. Imagine if those skills were in a package a foot taller.

he can make his shots, come on man, common sense, who cares what a mans height is, as long as you can put the ball through the hoop effectively, you can go a long way.

Like Allen Iverson said, a jumpshot can take you a long way

a 5'5 player who plays consistent minutes cannot be lucky.

If open he is almost a sure thing he'll make the basket from anywhere on the floor. Do u even know what u're talkiing about???
