Do your Wonder Woman panties make you feel as cool as you thought?
I know someone here is attending Penn.
Anyone else? Which school?
Does it feel as prestigious as you thought it would?

Is UTSA an Ivy League school?
i think xmas went to one in texas. maybe you should ask him.
I goto Penn, its an incredible blessing, but a lot of the people I meet on a daily basis are some of the most arrogant d-bags I've ever seen. There are times I wish I went somewhere more chill.
ivy league or not, there are some teachers who sit on the board of studies for ur country/state that sets out the study material for that curriculum....
everyone is learning the same they are meant to learn, just that depends on whose teaching you that material to grasp...
Thanks for that tidbit of stammering nonsense, booger picker.
I graduated from Brown.
And my sexist signature pics would not have been approved at that ins ution.![]()
Oh man I wish I would have went to a prestigious Ivy school from Texas like my friend Xmas![]()
And you think teachers blindly follow...
Complete BS
Yes. It's not really all it's cracked up to be. There's a larger percentage of really rich people, but the vast majority of the people I met were down to Earth. Same social groups, same amount of dumb people. Difference is everyone is good at studying.
Still, don't regret going. I had some great times up there. If someone gets offered a full ride to go, I'd say go for it. It's always cool to say you went to an Ivy school.
Go Quakers! Are you in Wharton or something? That's like the Slytherin of Penn.
Nice. I like this guy at Penn who posts lectures for all these cool graduate level algebra and algebraic number theory courses:

Wish he'd teach some algebraic geometry courses though.
Nope, Biochemistry major (don't ask why..), but switching into Wharton .
Damn, you also seem very math heavy from your posts on here. What did you major in for undergrad?
A couple of my best friends from college were Whartonites, and I love Huntsman. I just found it to contain the most hyper-compe ive students that usually acted like jerks or took things way too seriously.
Originally math & physics, but graduated math & CS.
I've come to accept that a certain compe ive edge is necessary to be successful, but so many people are just gunners.
Thats awesome, usually majoring in physics will automatically give you a math major as well due to how intensive it is.
I was referring to the actual Ivy, tbh
lol I notice someone is avoiding this thread like the plague.
maybe he'll share his thoughts.
The last white US sprinter to run on an Olympic 4x1 team (1964) was Gerry Ashworth out of Dartmouth.
The first Raider speedster was a 1960 Olympic long jumper out of Cornell named Irving "Bo" Roberson.
The first 1000 yard rusher for the Cowboys was Calvin Hill out of Yale.
One of the few to ever beat Jesse Owens in a sprint was Columbias Ben Johnson.
