We got this. There's too much at stake for our team and this will show tomorrow.

GOD I remember that 08 game, freakin Pargo turned into Michael Jordan for a few minutes or so and hit every damn shot! He got them all the way back and then shot them out of it late. That game was very nerve racking. You forgot the 2006 series against Dallas, they had game 5 infact as an elimination game at home because they were down 3-1 quickly.
Looks like we get Joey Crawford tomorrow. He isn't refereeing any games today. Just great.
Hopefully, Rick has played all his cards in this series and Pop has a counterpunch left in him tbh.
Game 7s tend to be lower scoring which would play into the Spurs hands as they have gotten better shots this series so far.
gotta limit turnovers, stop their role playyers like calderon from getting hot, stay on elllis at all times, stay on VC near the 3pt line.
these 3 wins today by the home team, TOR probably winning tomorrow, and the league sending Joey Crawford in during a "crazy" playoffs so far does not bode well for the Spurs tbh
All the Spurs have to do to win is not let Mavs control the offensive glass
bad offensive rebounding team that isnt athletic is abusing Spurs off 2nd chance points
in every game theyve won theyve taken way more shots then the Spurs
and its usually scrubs like Dalembert/Blair who are doing most of the work
both of which are Duncan's guys so they shouldnt be doing it
Our team just isn't built to properly deliver that "counter punch." Carlisle's decision to "switch everything" and force (usually) Tony or Tim into 1 on 1 play has been working pretty well so far.
remember when blair played for the spurs and he got posted up every time while he was in? and groaning every time the jumper splashes with blair flailing to leap and defend against the shot or just plain getting sized up and worked without a chance to even cover the play?
spurs should know best how to get those same 10-2 runs when blair checks in, they paid for that when he played for them.
WHY NOT! WHY would we not get him? He reffed game 7 against Detroit in 05 though so it might either be a gift or a curse!
joey was pretty good to spurs in the WC playoffs last year it seemed.
Nowitzki is 4-0 and has averaged 28 points and 15 rebounds in Game 7s
Mavs prolly drain 20 threes and win by 15.
That game was epic. Was stuck over in Rockford, IL for an evening work event, but ended up playing the sick card, ran back to the hotel room (via a gas station to get beer) and got to see most of the game.
Spurs have a shot if Tony Parker decides he wants to play an entire game of good basketball. None of that "miss 15 shots and start hitting in the 4th quarter" bull is going to work tonight. Duncan/Leonard need to be aggressive on the glass too. Keep Marco's ass glued to the bench and Spurs should be fine.
I agree with Rob on the Mavericks. I would have thought the Spurs would blow the Mavericks out at least one game before now. Hopefully today they can really roll and get a big win without suspense and the Mavs have an off day shooting.
I'll take a win even if it's close, though.
Indeed I did, and that means I also forgot Game 6 of that same series, the Spurs playing in Dallas down 3-2 and winning to force Game 7.
Nowitzki and Ellis proved Friday that they do not plan to go quietly into that good night.
Now the Spurs find themselves with an early gut check on this climb to the Finals.
It's time to see what champions are made of.
. The. Mavericks.
Go Spurs Go.
5.
Spurs gonna win the tip for the first time I think in this series, then never look back.
Joe Crawford reffing the Brooklyn game.
Spurs-Mavs: Monty McCutchen, Marc Davis, Bennett Salvatore, Sean Wright
Sucks the game is only on ABC
